Refund policy
A. Scope of Application
If you bought something for personal use — not as part of running a business — you are a private buyer and the rules below apply to you. Private buyers have a legal right to walk away from a purchase within a set window of time, no explanation needed.
B. Time Limit for Withdrawal
You have fourteen days to decide you no longer want what you ordered. That window opens the day the parcel lands in your hands, or in the hands of someone you nominated to receive it (not the delivery driver).
If your order is set up as a recurring delivery — meaning goods arrive at regular intervals over an agreed period — the fourteen days starts from when the very first delivery arrives.
You do not need a reason. You just need to let us know within that window.
C. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
Get in touch with us directly before the fourteen days run out. You can do this by post, fax, or email — whatever works for you. The contact details are:

Your message just needs to make clear that you want to pull out of the purchase. There is a ready-made form at the end of this document if you want something to fill in, but you are not required to use it. Any clear written statement works. What matters is that you send it before the fourteen days are up — the date of sending counts, not the date we receive it.
D. Reimbursement Terms
Once we know you want to return, we will refund everything you paid us — the price of the goods plus whatever you paid for standard delivery. The only delivery costs we will not refund are any extra charges you chose to pay for a faster or more expensive shipping option than our cheapest standard one.
We will process your refund within fourteen days of being told you want to return. We will use the same payment method you used originally unless you specifically ask us to do it differently. Either way, you will not be charged any fee for the refund itself.
We can hold off sending the refund until we either have the goods back in hand or you send us proof that you have posted them — whichever comes first.
If the goods come back showing signs of use beyond what was needed to check what they are and how they work, we may reduce your refund to account for that loss in value.
E. Return Procedure
Once you have told us you are returning, the goods need to be back with us within fourteen days. You do not have to wait for us to confirm — send them as soon as you can.
The cost of return shipping is yours to cover. Please do not send the parcel freight forward (meaning: do not send it in a way that charges the delivery cost to us on arrival).
A few practical tips to avoid problems on the way back:
Try to use the original packaging if you still have it, with all the original contents and accessories included. If the original box is gone, use something sturdy enough to protect the goods properly during transit.
Make sure the item is clean and undamaged when you send it back.
These tips are just good advice — not following them does not take away your right to return. The only thing that can reduce your refund is avoidable damage or excessive use.
F. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
There is one situation where the right to return does not exist at all: goods whose price moves with financial market fluctuations outside our control — for example, commodities or similar products where the price can shift up or down during the fourteen-day period.
G. Return Notice Form (Optional)
If you want to use a ready-made form to notify us of your return, you can fill this one in and send it to us. You do not have to use this — any clear message to us works just as well.
